Do you believe that there is one bug on android OS which will crash you android system ( Mainly tested on Samsung and Google Pixel which has Android 10 version) by Photo. Yeah It’s True that your phone will stuck on Samsung Logo , Starts Flipping or Go to Recovery Mode when you put this wallpaper on Mobile. Which one is the image that crashed Phone system when we keep it as wallpaper ?

It will work if you keep only original photo from Google Drive. If you Download from facebook , Twitter , Screenshot or transfer from other mobile – It wont work. Our research find out that It will work mostly on Samsung and Google Pixel which has Android 10 OS. Each and Every Device may not be affected but there are Proofs on social media with videos that their phone crashed by this.

What to do if it really crashed your phone ?

1. Hold Volume down and power key to force restart.
2. Hold down Volume Down as soon as the “Powered by Android” logo is displayed until phone goes into safe mode.
3. If you are able to unlock your phone, quickly slide down notification shade and go to settings, wallpaper, my wallpapers then set any one of the Select New wallpapers to both home and lock screen.
4. Restart the Device Now.

If Safe Mode won’t Show then Do Factory Reset (Hard Reset) and It will fix the phone.

After talking with a few industry experts and looking at the recovery log, we are finally able to determine the cause of this bootloop. From the looks of it, it created and overflow when the image is used. To “recover” from this overflow, the Android OS just restarts the UI. But the overflow happens every time – so it just continues to restart the UI until eventually the system gave up and restart the entire device, and eventually leading to the bootloop.

We took the original image and looked at the ICC profile (color profile) and found out that this wallpaper is using the Google Skia color profile. I’m not sure why an image with Google Skia’s color profile isn’t functioning properly with Google’s own mobile OS.
